Her journey into spirituality began in late 2019 when she felt a profound calling to explore the divine principles of Maat and the rich spiritual heritage of Kemet. This exploration ignited a deep curiosity, leading her to further immerse herself in African spiritual traditions and the importance of ancestral veneration in her daily life.
With a solid background in public relations, communications, and marketing, Jacq skillfully merges her professional expertise with an unwavering commitment to authenticity and intention. She believes every healer—whether a numerologist, herbalist, or holistic wellness advocate—deserves a narrative that beautifully reflects their unique connection to the world around them.
Beyond her work, Jacq is a devoted mother to her son, Zen, after whom Zen Root PR is affectionately named. Together with her partner, Jaiy, she finds joy in creating a nurturing and loving environment. Jacq also cherishes her creative pursuits, often expressing herself through art, reading, and writing. With a passion for travel, she embraces the opportunity to explore new perspectives and cultures, allowing these experiences to enrich her life and deepen her spiritual practice. Jacq hails from the west side of Chicago but currently resides in Colorado, where she continues to draw inspiration from her surroundings.
